We listened. On 2 May, we return to the magical Eric Ericsonhallen to once again gather, breathe, sound, and connect. Dear community, We are beyond thrilled to invite you to a deep and immersive community experience in Stockholm, hosted by Sound Awakening Tribe, Roshi, Rosanna, and Lisa.This is an invitation to come together — to breathe, to feel, and to explore the powerful intersection of somatic breathwork, live sound, and collective voice. Guided by Roshi and Rosanna, you’ll journey through a somatic breathwork experience supported by live, improvised medicine music performed by Sound Awakening Tribe and Lisa Åkesson. Together, we will co-create a living soundscape designed to guide the breath, open the body, and support deep inner exploration.During the session, you — the community — will also be invited to participate: to activate your voice, join the sound, and co-create music together. This is not a performance. This is a shared experience. Whether you are new to breathwork and sound healing or deeply experienced, you are welcome exactly as you are. Come prepared to reconnect — with yourself, with your body, and with the community.
