Regulated Power is a private 1:1 coaching container for individuals who carry responsibility, move in high-pressure environments, and want to perform in a sustainable way — mentally, physically, and professionally.
This work is not about pushing harder, optimizing endlessly, or fixing yourself. It’s about building the internal capacity to meet pressure with clarity, steadiness, and presence, over time.
The Problem
Pressure itself isn’t the issue.
Lack of recovery and regulation is.
Many high-performing individuals operate in a constant state of alertness. The nervous system rarely receives the signal that it’s safe to slow down, reset, and recover.
Over time, this leads to fatigue, reduced focus, impaired decision-making, and performance that runs on borrowed energy.
You may still function — but it’s not sustainable.

Regulated Power focuses on strengthening your ability to regulate your internal state, so that performance and leadership are supported from the inside out.

Clients often come from leadership roles, specialist positions, entrepreneurship, and elite sport — but the common denominator is pressure, not title.
How we work
Regulated Power is a three-month, private 1:1 coaching container.
The work is tailored to you and includes:
Regular 1:1 sessions online
Practical tools you can use in daily life and work
Integration between sessions
Ongoing reflection and adjustment
Practical details
Duration: 3 months
Format: Primarily individual online sessions. In-person sessions can be added where relevant and possible.
Availability: Very limited number of clients
Investment: 54 000 SEK exkl. moms.
Payment options can be discussed upon acceptance.
Start: April 1
This container is intentionally small and selective.
