Breathe for Wildlife is the beginning of a long-term initiative dedicated to protecting Africa's wildlife while bringing people together through breath, music and community.
Throughout the afternoon you'll experience:
🌿 A personal talk by Rosanna Holmström about her journey from veterinary nurse to breathwork facilitator, and why she created Breathe for Wildlife.
🦏 An introduction to African Wildlife Vets and the incredible work they do to protect threatened wildlife across Southern Africa.
🎧 A 60-minute immersive breathwork journey in silent headphones, set to a cinematic nature soundscape that makes you feel as though you've stepped into the wild itself.
