Sunday 19 April | 17.00-19.00 Location: The Sacred Sauna, Hallvägen 7A, 121 62 Johanneshov A 2 hour ritual on the yoga mat, in the sauna and in the cold plunge to wake you up, and help you reset for spring. Rosanna and Lisa will guide you through: • Gentle yoga open for all levels • ⁠Breathwork • ⁠Sound bath • ⁠Sauna Ritual • ⁠Guided cold plunge • ⁠Connection exercises When spring arrives many of us feel heavy, tired, and sluggish. Our flow of practices is structured to give you an energy boost and lightness in your system. Perfect for beginners and you who are curious to try yoga, sauna and breathwork. Your guides: Rosanna is a breathwork facilitator, athletic breath coach, yoga teacher, and keynote speaker with experience guiding individuals, leaders, and athletes in high-performance environments. Alongside her work, she has a background in cybersecurity, giving her a unique understanding of stress, pressure, and decision-making in modern life. She weaves together breathwork, nervous system regulation, and somatic practices to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and build sustainable energy and resilience. Lisa is a dynamic Holistic Coach and guide, Ayurvedic expert, Retreat Chef, and Yoga Teacher with over a decade of experience. Currently she is studying to become a Psychologist. She has facilitated over 30 retreats and many workshops across England, German-speaking countries, India, and Sweden.
