Flow and Vibrate is a guided somatic journey through breath, pilates and sound-healing.

The experience begins with intentional Pilates-based flow and mobility work, inviting the body to awaken, soften, and build stability. From there, we move into nervous system regulation through breathwork, followed by sound healing — allowing the body and mind to release, recalibrate, and settle into balance. We close with a guided reflection with Rosanna, offering space to integrate the experience, anchor insights, and set clear, embodied intentions for what’s ahead.


Rosanna  is a breathwork facilitator, athletic breath coach, yoga teacher and public speaker who works with corporate groups, high performers, and individuals experiencing stress and burnout. She hosts talks on stress regulation and sustainable human performance, and weaves together breathwork, mindset practices, and sound healing to create grounded, supportive spaces for clarity and resilience.
 

Nina  brings over 30 years of experience in dance, training, and conscious movement. With a background as a professional dancer, dance educator, fitness and Pilates instructor, her work is rooted in deep body awareness, movement science and training methodology. She always guides her participants to move with their bodies — cultivating strength, balance, and sustainability through intelligent, embodied training.
 

Together, we create a safe container where you are invited to slow down, release tension, ground into your body, and reconnect with yourself, leaving you feeling clearer, lighter, and more regulated.

Rosanna Holmström
Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Athletic Breath Coach, Yoga Teacher & Public Speaker, will guide you through powerful breathing techniques to awaken your energy and deepen your connection with yourself.

 

Nina Rico
Professional dancer, dance educator, fitness and Pilates instructor. Her work is rooted in deep body awareness, movement science and training methodology.
